Yes. We hold CSMS certification and can provide documentation upon request. GGL certification is available for clients requiring strict sustainability compliance such as FiT and FiP schemes or the Dutch SDE++ scheme, premiums apply.
Every batch comes with a Certificate of Analysis (COA) from an independent third-party laboratory covering: calorific value, moisture content, ash content, sulphur content, and bulk density. If any batch falls below agreed specifications, we offer replacement or price adjustment as per contract terms.
PKS is compatible with most stoker-type and travelling grate boilers designed for solid fuels. Some boilers may require minor modifications to grate size, fuel feeding system, or air flow. Our technical team offers a free initial assessment to determine what, if any, modifications your specific boiler would require before switching.
Yes, we can arrange truck delivery directly to your site or coordinate barge/port delivery for coastal facilities as long as you meet the 5,000 MT MOQ.
Payment terms are negotiated based on contract volume and client relationship. Typical terms for new clients are payments with L/C, 30% upon contract signing to initiate production, and 70% upon delivery confirmation.
